Edmond Nemërçka was born in Tirana. He obtained his university degree from the Faculty of History and Philology of the University of Tirana, where he graduated in Albanian Language and Literature. Since 1992 he lives in Rome, where he also graduated in multimedia computer graphics from ICEI  Multimedia. He worked as a cello teacher, journalist and editor of the cultural page of Bashkimi, andin Italy as an interpreter and cultural intermediary. He writes poetry in Albanian and Italian. He published the poetry collections Nascondimento (1993), Dritare per pak (2020) and Finestra per poco (2021).
